I have visited Nikhita numerous of times for my ICBC MVA claim. She is extremely professional and have in depth knowledge to her practice. I have a very stubborn combination of lower back pain/soreness/tightness, which lasted roughly for more than a year. Nikhita is able to pinpoint exactly the root of my problem as well as prescribing me exercises that helps me progressively strengthen the weaker muscle groups. Nikhita not only helps me with pain managment but functional restoration too ! I am finally able to slowly get back to normal daily activities such as vigourous court games and weight lifting, thank you so much Nikhita! 🙏
