Farah is a dedicated physiotherapist in Canada with an academic background in Obstetrics and Gynecology from India, where she completed her Master’s degree. With over a decade of experience in India and the Middle East, particularly Dubai. In addition to her expertise in women’s health, Farah excels in managing musculoskeletal conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation, particularly in sports and general medicine. She is deeply committed to patient education as a key component of effective treatment. In her personal life, Farah is a new mother who enjoys swimming to strike a balance between her family and professional commitments.

Aneta Zawadzka, MPEd, MSc PT.

Aneta started her career in healthcare as a massage therapist back in 2006. She has a background in Physical Education, holding a master’s degree in the field from a university in Poland. She continually advanced her knowledge and skills, recently completing a master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a university in England. She is passionate about helping individuals optimize their physical function and overall well-being. Her diverse experience in therapeutic care, combined with a solid foundation in physical education and passion for sport, allows her to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatments for her patients and clients. She offers services in active rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
